Travis helped me and my wife purchase our first home. He set up a wide variety of home tours on the first day (multiple types in multiple neighborhoods) to help us understand what we were looking for and more importantly, where we wanted to live. When it came time to make an offer Travis guided us through the process and took the time to explain the thousands of pages/signatures involved in any real estate transaction. He was open and upfront in his communication and let us stay involved (I like to be hands-on) Upon acceptance of the offer and the opening of escrow Travis set up all relevant inspections and made sure my wife and I were keeping up with our end of the deal, he also kept in touch with the lender to make sure all time-sensitive deadlines were met. Overall, Travis was a wonderful and trusted partner and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
